WE THE UNDERSIGNED/RESIDENTS OPPOSE THE FOLLOWING:
We the undersigned residents are opposed to the public use of The Village Beach Club and its associated facilities due to the excessive noise, crime, and other drunken/disorderly conduct that has been occurring on a more frequent basis.
THEREFORE, YOUR PETITIONERS/RESIDENTS REQUEST THAT:
Due to excessive noise, crime, and other drunken/disorderly occurrences, the residents of The Village Dallas request that The Village Beach Club and its associated facilities from this date forward be only of use to The Village Dallas residents and their own personal guests. We also request a residents meeting with you to address this issue in the upcoming days/weeks. Thank you.
