Not happy with site fees Burnham-On-Sea

The increase on the site fee's for the season 2023 is far to high to be accepted, as per the contract if 51% of the owners object in writing to the change then the matter will be determined either between us, or if we both agree, by referral to an arbitrator (or on Scotland an arbiter) or through the courts.

Why is this important?

We love the site, the staff are great but the site fees are driving so many away and forcing people to sell.
