Having a Zebra crossing by the school will enable the children to cross safely. With the new housing estate being built along Firs Road the traffic will be busier and care will need to be taken for children to cross the road to get to and from school. Having spoken to many parents, parish council members the staff at both the pre-school and the school they all agree this is necessary. We also have willing patents to help with being crossing patrol.
Why is this important?
Being a parent and knowing how busy it can be around the school and now becoming a through road, the care for the children is very important.
