Hybrid work policy

For the past 3 years, the impact of Covid 19 has affected and changed our lives tremendously, even our outlook on life, and through time we learnt to adjust and submit to this "new normal".

The purpose of this petition is to voice our concerns, contributions and suggestions to the firm. We are aware that the firm wants to act in the best interests of the clients, the firm as well its employees. We appreciate the opportunity given by the firm to call everyone back to office however we would like to ask the firm not to change the hybrid work policy as it has been beneficial to us. With the increased cost of living caused by fuel hikes, inflation, cost of lending etc we have found that working from home saved us from some of these costs by:
*Decreased travel costs
*Home expenses that can be offset against taxes
*Decreased car insurance premiums due to lower risks etc
Some other benefits include:
*Safety from road accidents
*Improved work life balance, due to less or no time spend in traffic
*More time to spend with studies for CTA, ITC, APC, due to less or no time spend in traffic etc
*Improved productivity and efficiency
*Less overtime due to inefficiencies

In conclusion, the objective of this petition is not to rebel nor disagree with SNG GT policies but rather to suggest and increase the volume for people's voices
