Not answering phones or emails.
Officials are "working from home" and are unable to transfer calls/answer landlines/process paper work. Important and original documents going "missing".
Employees not accountable for service, unwilling to help, not following through with promises.
No way to complain - email address for complaints not functional.
Charging large amount of fees from practitioners for a non existing service.
This organisation should be replaced.
Why is this important?
Health care workers of South Africa deserve better.
