Arrest this man for animal cruelty

Sign the petition to demand that this man who kicked his dog to death is arrested. Animals should be treated like they're part of the family, not mistreated and punished. There is no such thing as a bad breed, it’s a bad owner that brings the animal up wrong that makes a bad dog.

Why is this important?
