Ream: Ban monthly salary

Monthly salary is more stressful to contractors as we don't work full time and always have debts,by the time we recover we get last shift only to make more debts,we need to go back to Fortnite salaries which were a lot better. A 3 months outage lives us in more debts which we struggle to survive to the next project/outage. We also need to contribute to provident fund as we don't have any other retirement plans
